MILAN (AIMnews.it) - With reference to the totalitarian and voluntary tender offer promoted on ordinary shares and on the "Tech-Value SpA Warrants S.p.A. 2014 -2018 ", Industry 4.0 S.r.l. communicates, in relation to the additional period of adhesion of the warrants opened on January 2, 2018, that, during the period of 2 -5 January 2018, 9,000 Warrants were received, equal to about 16.56% of the warrants subject of an offer. The countervalue of the Warrants brought in adhesion is equal to Euro 1.170. Therefore, a total of 2,989,698 warrants were issued, equal to approximately 98.51% of the warrants subject to an offer. The total value of the warrants carried as a whole is equal to € 388,661. The additional period of adhesion of the warrants will end on January 8, 2018. The price offered for purchase is equal to € 0.13 for each Warrant. That also, as a reminder, Borsa Italiana having verified the conditions for the exercise of the Right to Purchase the Shares as indicated in the Offer Document, the Issuer's Shares and Warrants will be suspended from trading on AIM Italia from the meetings of 11th and 12th January 2018, and to be revoked from trading on 15 January 2018.
