Approved incentives for listing on AIM
The Budget Law 2018 approved the tax credit of 50% of the consulting costs incurred for listing on the Stock Exchange of SMEs up to 31 December 2020, with a total amount of Euro 80 million in the three years 2019-2021, for an amount maximum of 500,000 euros per company. The move is to complete the "Finance for growth" incentive package which includes measures to facilitate companies' access to finance, promote an environment that is more favorable to productive investments and incentivise the capitalisation of companies. Government indications on tax credit are:

  • by listing on markets such as AIM Italia it is possible to finance its growth project while maintaining control of the company

- for quotations that will take place within the next three years, it is possible to recover up to 500,000 euros thanks to the CDI on consultancy costs for listing

- greater dialogue between the company and the capital market

Enertronica acquires 100% of the South African subsidiary

Enertronica has acquired for € 900,000 the minority interests in Enertronica SA (equal to 49%), reaching a 100% stake. The acquisition is part of the process of focusing in the industrial sector of renewable energy, which sees in the African continent a market of particular interest for the Enertronica Group. The operation generates contingent assets for a total of 2.3 million euros deriving from the attribution of the Parent Company of the dividends already accrued by minority shareholders, approved for the 2015 and 2016 financial years and not yet distributed. The sale of 90% of Smartutility SpA took place in favor of the company Prima Energia Srl for an amount of 3 million euros and provides for a payment of 400 thousand euros paid upon signing the contract and the payment of 2.6 million euros in installments in six annuity. The sale generated about € 1.2 million in capital gains in the 2017 financial year. The purpose of the transaction is to concentrate the Group's resources on activities with greater added value and with greater focus on the industrial sector. With the sale of Smartutility, the Group does not however leave the energy saving sector, which will be managed directly by the parent company Enertronica SpA. The Energy Saving sector and the consequent cross-selling activities remain, in fact, an important and strategic business line for the Group.
