Gpi re-buys 3,900 of its own shares

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Last week, GPI repurchased 3,900 treasury shares, equal to 0.025% of the share capital, as part of its buy-back program. The average purchase price was 10.5387 euros per share, the total consideration of over 41.000 euros. At the current date, GPI holds 40,762 treasury shares, equal to 0.26% of the share capital.
