MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Agatos announces that the capital increase reserved for third parties, with the exclusion of option rights, for Euros 1,539,500, consistently with the subscription commitments received, has been adjusted to the extent envisaged. Against payments received of € 1,339,500, Agatos issued 5,020,704 new ordinary shares. The payments received amounted to € 300,000 from the strategic investor (an internationally active entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector) to whom 1,170,704 new ordinary shares were attributed and € 1,039,500 from institutional and professional investors to whom they have been attributed 3,850,000 new shares. On 5 January 2018, 87% of the subscribed capital increase was paid Euro 1,539,500: 100% of the share is subscribed by institutional and professional investors and 60% by the strategic investor. The shareholding is broken down as follows: Leonardo Rinaldi holds 40.66%, Life Investments 18.48%, Jeanette Nilsson Olivetti 14.79%, the Strategic Investor 1.87% and finally a free float of 24.20%.
