Axelero, Mediobanca confirms Outperform and a target price of 4.37 euros

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Mediobanca confirms its Outperform recommendation on Axelero, with a target price of 4.37 euros per share. The issue of the first tranche of 3 million euros of convertible bonds to Atlas (the total amount of the loan has been set at a maximum of 16 million euros) should solve the financial needs, analysts explain: there would be a dilution of the capital, but the capital structure certainly benefits from this solution. At Mediobanca they appreciate the company's assets (Mysuite and Ristoranti.it) and the sustainability of the reference sectors, and they guess that management could shortly announce an update on the business trend and the potential listing of Arreeba (Ristoranti.it), by the end of the year.
