MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Chamber of Commerce for Credit and Finance and IR Top Consulting have signed a framework agreement to support Italian SMEs in listing on the AIM Italia market. The agreement provides for three institutional meetings aimed at companies in which they can, in the context of a confidential meeting, examine ways, advantages and costs linked to listing on AIM Italia, also with reference to the possibility of accessing tax credit. The meetings will be scheduled during the first months of 2018 in Milan, at the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano and in the territory of Emilia Romagna. The Consorzio Chamber for Credit and Finance and IR Top Consulting analysed over 300 Lombardy companies that can be quoted on the basis of certain performance indicators and quotability requirements linked to innovation, growth, profitability and financial equilibrium, selecting a sample of excellence for recognition which will be given during the closing ceremony of the event. "The decision to list is a very important step for companies, which requires an articulated activity of support, advice and information. PMI Capital, the digital platform dedicated to the AIM Italia market, represents the tool that offers companies a new way of interacting with the capital market in compliance with MIFID II and at the same time a point of reference for institutional and professional investors, market makers and "industry influencer", explained Anna Lambiase, CEO of IR Top Consulting. "Accompanying businesses in a process of growth and sustainable and healthy financial development represents an essential challenge for the revival of the country, in the awareness that undertaking a listing on the stock exchange represents a great opportunity available to companies to raise capital, diversify their own sources of financing, increase its visibility and credibility" said the Director of the Consortium of Chambers Sergio E. Rossi. The AIM Italia market today plays an important role within the national economy, with interesting growth prospects linked to the introduction, at the beginning of 2017, of the Individual Savings Plans (PIR) which led to a significant increase in liquidity, and investors specialised within the market and the forecast, within the 2018 Budget Law, of a tax credit on 50% of the consultancy costs related to the IPO on AIM Italia, for companies that will be listed on the market.
