Smre, Atlas underwrites second tranche convertible loan for 3 million

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Atlas Special Opportunities has signed the second tranche of the convertible bond loans, as approved by the BoD of the automation and green mobility company. These are 300 bonds with a total nominal value of 3 million euros. The same Atlas has meanwhile requested conversion into shares of 10 cv's belonging to the first tranche of the loan, also composed of 300 bonds (of which 50 still have to be converted): will be able to subscribe, at 5.5291 euros per share, 18.086 ordinary shares, equal to 0.09% of the share capital.
