Fm srl finalises the 2.42% purchase of Gpi from Hat Orizzonte Sgr

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Fm srl, parent company of GPI, has completed the purchase from Hat Orizzonte Sgr of 382 thousand class B shares, equal to 2.42% of the share capital of the company at the price of 10.75 euro per share: the total value of the transaction was € 4.1 million. The existing agreements have also been resolved, including the shareholders' agreement that links the two shareholders of Gpi. Fm srl, controlled by the president of GPI Fausto Manzana, will thus rise to 63.15% of the capital of GPI (and 76.26% of the voting rights), while Hat Orizzonte will still have 2.22% of the capital and 2, 72% of the voting rights.
