Elettra Investimenti repurchases 3,750 treasury shares

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - During the last week Elettra Investimenti repurchased 3,750 treasury shares at an average price of € 10.42 per share. The total amount was around 39.000 euros. The objectives of the buy back plan, authorized by the shareholders' meeting of 20 December, are to stabilize share prices and to support the liquidity of the stock, to constitute a securities warehouse for extraordinary transactions, stock option plans and management of company liquidity. At the present date, the company holds 17,250 treasury shares, equal to 0.4496% of ordinary share capital.
