Atlas calls for conversion of 15 hp Axelero

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Atlas Special Opportunities has requested the conversion of 15 hp (300.000 euros of nominal value) of the first tranche of convertible bonds issued at the end of December (150 hp for a nominal amount of 3 million euro). The investment company will thus be able to subscribe 118,914 new Axelero ordinary shares, equal to 0.86% of the post-conversion share capital, at the price of € 2.5228 each. In this way 130 hp are still to be converted for a value of 2.6 million euros.
