MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The entire Board of Statutory Auditors of Energy Lab has resigned and will remain in office under the prorogatio until the effective appointment of the new auditors. At the basis of the move there is a lack of information from the company, having been learned only by means of bankruptcy filed by the Public Prosecutor and the other requests for bankruptcy promoted by certain creditors, the failure to adopt the organizational model and finally the inadequacy of the organizational, administrative and accounting structure. The renewable energy company, for its part, reiterates that it has reached a settlement agreement with the creditors who had filed for bankruptcy, that the hearing for the bankruptcy proposed by the Public Prosecutor's office is scheduled for February 15th and that a consulting firm will be in place for the preparation of the organizational model and a personnel research company for the expansion of the administrative-accounting structure and the organizational restructuring.
