BoD Agatos approves the regulation for the issue of warrants

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Board of Directors of Agatos has approved the regulation for the issue of the 2018-2021 warrants, which will be listed on the Aim Italia. 31.366 million rights will be assigned in the ratio of 1 warrant for every 2 shares held: the resources that will be collected with the conversion will serve to consolidate the company's financial structure and support its business plan. The rights, in addition to a discretionary period to be decided by the Board of Directors, may be converted in the first half of June 2019, 2020 and 2021, at increasing prices: 0.32 euros in 2019, 0.35 euros (2020) and € 0.38 in 2021.
