MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Spaxs closed its institutional placement with a collection of 600 million euros - compared to a demand of 760 million - thus exceeding the maximum estimate of 500 million. And it aims to disembark on Aim on February 1st. Two thirds of investors are international, the last third Italians. The promoters Corrado Passera and Andrea Clamer will subscribe 1.8 million special shares for a total of 18 million euros: they will be convertible into ordinary shares with a 12 month lock up from the conversion. Spaxs will seek its target company in the financial services sector: the goal is to create an active financial operator in the services for SMEs, in the non-performing loan market and in the offer of services with a high rate of digitization.
