Expert System will support Generali with its semantic technology

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Expert System will support the Generali group with its own Cogito semantic technology for managing business processes: large volumes of unstructured information, for automatic classification of about 1 million emails received by the insurance company each year in the field of customer assistance. In the first phase, the project will focus on the recording and processing of reimbursement requests, but the goal is to subsequently extend the benefits of artificial intelligence and cognitive computing to other business areas.
