Prismi prepares the issue of bonds for a maximum of 10.5 million

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Board of Directors have approved a program to issue bonds for a maximum of 10.5 million euros. The bonds, with a nominal value of € 1,000 each, may be issued in several tranches, will have a duration of six years, a fixed rate of 5%, monthly coupons, and will be reimbursed pro quota on a monthly basis. "The issuer will apply for admission to trading on a regulated market or a multilateral trading facility," explains the company note.
