Start up for spac Spaxs and Alp.I

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The first two spacs in 2018 make their debut on Aim Italia. These are Spaxs and Alp.I, which will be included in the Ftse Aim index from tomorrow. The start was positive for both, with a maximum in the morning for the former 10.28 euros and 10.10 euros for the latter. Spaxs, promoted by Corrado Passera and Andrea Clamer, with 600 million euros, set the record for the amount of funding in Italy and is in second place in Europe. The free float on admission is 81.33 percent. The target company is a company in the banking or finance sector. Banca Imi and Credit Suisse Securities acted as joint global coordinators and, together with Equita sim, as joint bookrunner. Banca Imi is also Nomad and Specialist. A smaller, 100 million collection, instead of Alp.I, promoted by Mediobanca. The free float at the time of admission is 100%. The spac was assisted by Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario as global coordinator and joint bookrunner and by Equita sim, such as Nomad, joint bookrunner and specialist. The target company is a company with an equity value of between 100 and 400 million euros.
