MILANO (AIMnews.it) - During the most recent period of exercise of the Digital Magics "2015-2020 Incentive Plan", 92.000 options were exercised at a price of 5 euro each and as a consequence the share capital of the digital venture incubator is increased by 92.000 new shares and is now at 7.4 million euros, divided into 7,404,178 ordinary shares. StarTip (Tip group) is the first shareholder with 22.75% of the capital, the co-founder Alberto Fioravanti has 11.34% and Garage Start Up (controlled by Multiversity, holding company of Danilo Iervolino) 6.36%, Innogest Sgr is 5.71% and Ad Marco Gay is 4.33%. Of the 305.000 options assigned by the Board of Directors, from the beginning of the plan a total of 93.000 have been exercised.
