"The entry of Marco Roz in Finlogic's capital has a strong value because it strengthens the acquisitions concluded last month and the industrial partnership with them - said Ad Dino Natale - Finlogic believes in this scheme of M & A and will continue the growth strategy by external lines, replicating it ". At the present date the majority shareholder of Finlogic remains BF Capital with 62.96%, Hydra has 10.28%, Italcode 2.96%, while the other shareholders with a share of less than 5% have the remaining 23, 79% of the capital.
