Milan (AIMnews.it) - Enertronica enters the electric mobility sector by acquiring a new brand with market experience and knowledge, with an investment of around 800.000 euros, with Tecnobus, one of the first historical producers of electric buses, with 500 units sold in Italy, Canada, France, Germany and Portugal. The new company, BusX, 85% controlled by Enertronica, will produce mini electric buses and special, exclusively electric commercial vehicles. Investments of 5 million euros are planned for the three-year period 2018-2021 with a first product restyling that will be proposed to the market within three months of acquisition (the closing will be resolved within four months) and the objective to close in profit from the first launch. "Entry into the electric mobility sector was one of the objectives of Enertronica's latest business plan - said AD Vito Nardi - In e-mobility we find high technology, innovation and infrastructures: all aspects that have determined the success of Enertronica in the last years and that will contribute to the success of this new adventure ".
