Atlas calls for the conversion of 20 Smre bonds

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Atlas Special Opportunities has requested the conversion of a second lot of 20 bonds issued by Smre for a nominal amount of 200.000 euros. They belong to the second tranche of the bond loan, consisting of 300 bonds with a total nominal value of 3 million euros. The conversion price, equal to 5.1175 euros per share, will give the right to subscribe 39,081 ordinary Smre shares, equal to 0.18% of the post-conversion share capital. At the present date, 260 hp remain to be converted.
