Assembly Modelleria Brambilla approves extension reverse take over

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - The extraordinary Assembly of Modelleria Brambilla approved the extension of the final term to March 20, a capital increase, with the exclusion of the option right, to service the conferment of shareholding held by Co.Stamp S.r.l. 38,655,000 ordinary shares of the company will be issued at a price of € 1.62 each, for a total amount of € 62.621 million, to service the contribution reserved for Co.Stamp S.r.l. The operation, through the integration of production processes and the expansion of the commercial offer in international markets, will lead to the creation of a company among the international leaders in engineering, production and sale of molds, shells and core boxes.
