Axelero, Atlas asks conversion of 5 hp

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Atlas Special Opportunities requested the conversion of 5 hp (100.000 euros of nominal value) of the first tranche of convertible bonds issued at the end of December (150 hp for a nominal amount of 3 million euros). The investment company will thus be able to subscribe for 43,396 new Axelero ordinary shares, equal to 0.32% of the capital after conversion, at a price of 2.3043 euros each. In this way 125 hp are still to be converted for a value of 2.5 million euros.
