Axelero, registered capital after conversion of 5 cv

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - At Atlas Special Opportunities, 43,396 new Axelero ordinary shares were assigned, equal to 0.32% of the post-conversion capital, at a price of 2.3043 euros each. They derive from the conversion of 5 cv (100.000 euros of nominal value) of the first tranche of convertible bonds issued at the end of December (150 hp for a nominal amount of 3 million euros). The new share capital of Axelero will thus be of 69.000 euros, divided into 13.8 million ordinary shares. 125 hp are still to be converted for a value of 2.5 million euros.
