MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Abtg closed 2017 with 9.6 million in turnover, 50% more than in the previous year, ebitda almost doubled (from 0.93 to 1.8 million) and the profit amounted to 419.000 euros, against a red of 310.000 euros in 2016. With the listing on Aim, the net financial position is now positive with 1.7 million, while their own resources increased to 7.8 million euros. The Board will thus propose a dividend of 4.6 cents. The failure to exceed the 2 million euros threshold of ebitda could trigger the remedy share, for which it is however necessary that the average share price in the 45 days following the approval of the draft budget is less than 115% of the price of placement (in the last 45 days it was higher).
