Vei 1 ready for AIM Italia

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Tomorrow, Tuesday 27th February, Vei 1 will embark on AIM Italia, a spac promoted by Palladio Holding. With the placement of shares and warrants - Banca Akros acted as global coordinator and Banca Aletti as a distributor - Vei 1 has raised around 100 million, to be allocated to an Italian company that has interesting growth prospects. Palladio Holding subscribed 20% of the amount collected, thus becoming the largest shareholder of the spac.
