Modelleria Brambilla, presented an offer document to Consob

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Co.Stamp srl presented to Consob an offer document relating to the public tender offer of a total purchase on Modelleria Brambilla. The takeover bid will take place at 3 euros per share, with a maximum of 4,295,000 ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM Italia. However, the offer is not aimed at delisting, and Co.Stamp has already announced that it will restore "a sufficient float to ensure the smooth performance of share trading".
