Vei 1, from today on Aim Italia

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - A negative start to AIM Italia for Vei 1, the spac promoted by Palladio Holding, which in the placement phase has raised 100 million euros. The stock fell in the morning up to a minimum of 9.652 euros, then settling in the area of 9.70 euros (-3%). The aim of the AIM matriculation is to target an Italian company with an equity value of between 100 and 400 million euros, with "a concrete growth perspective". This is the third spac to be listed from the beginning of the year, from tomorrow the title will be included in the Ftse AIM basket. Banca Akros is Nomad and Specialist.
