MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Prismi's preliminary data indicate a strong growth for the company in 2017: the turnover was around 15.1 million (+ 20% on 2016) and the ebitda 1.24 million (+28 %) with a margin of 8.2%. The NFP stands at 19.4 million (12.7 million at the end of 2016). The 2018-2020 Business Plan now provides an increase in revenues of 21.2 million with an EBIT margin of 23% and a turnover of 25 million with an ebitda margin of around 30% by 2020. The guidelines of the plan that they envisage shows growth by internal lines of the various business units, and by external lines with opportunities for acquisitions not valued in the business plan. In addition, the company will next week launch a capital increase for a maximum of 5 million euros: 3 new shares will be assigned for every 8 option right held at a price of 1.24 euros per new share. The offer period was established between 5 and 22 March, the negotiation from 5 to 16 March inclusive.
