MILANO (AIMnews.it) - "Tax credits on IPO costs and PMI quotation process on AIM" is the title of the conference held today in Milan organised by PMI Capital, a company of IR Top Consulting, Partner Equity Markets of Borsa Italiana. During the event Anna Lambiase, CEO of IR Top Consulting, presented the new edition of her book "The listing of SMEs on AIM Italia". "The ideal candidate for the IPO is a small and medium-sized company, active in sectors such as manufacturing, technology or services, with an annual turnover of around 20 million euros and an EBITDA of over 10% on revenues - explains Anna Lambiase - It is important that the company has a stable shareholding structure, a good management control system, an annual growth of at least 10% and a debt / ebitda ratio no higher than 3 times. Companies that meet this basic criteria should plan the IPO in the short term to obtain maximum benefits at a particularly favorable moment in the stock market like the current one". In fact, the tax credit introduced by the Government in finance allows a 50% saving on the costs of IPOs, the diversification of the sources of financing and the possibility of access, is also new to finance. "We have carried out an e-learning course supporting the book, aimed at entrepreneurs and key managers of Italian SMEs, as well as chartered accountants, lawyers and market operators, in which IR Top Consulting professionals deal with the issues of access to the stock market" concludes the CEO of IR Top Consulting.
