Culti Milan, 2017 revenues + 23.5% to 6.1 million

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - In 2017 Culti Milano achieved a 23.5% increase in revenues, which amounted to 6.1 million euro, of which 76% were obtained on foreign markets. Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled, from 0.4 to 1.05 million euros, net income amounted to 0.4 million. Lastly, thanks to the capital increase in the IPO phase, the net financial debt was finally eliminated, while own funds rose to 8.7 million. The Board of Directors will then propose to the Shareholders' Meeting a dividend of 8 cents per share, with the date of detachment on 16 April and payment on 18 April.
