MILANO (AIMnews.it) - During the month of February FM srl, the holding company of the president Fausto Manzana, majority shareholder of GPI with 63.15% of the share capital (and with 76.26% of the voting rights) exercised 121,170 Gpi warrants with a total of 1.15 million euro. 121,170 new shares were therefore issued, therefore the share capital of GPI is now 8.544 million euro, divided into 15,909,539 shares, of which 5,848,219 ordinary shares, 10 million special shares of category B and 61,320 special shares of category C. By regulation, the Gpi rights can be exercised in the ratio of 1 new share for each warrant, at the price of 9.5 euros each. Next March 30, in the meantime, the Board of Directors are expected to approve the 2017 results.
