Telesia, StarTip takes a share from Class Editori and rises to 13.143%

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - StarTip, 100% owned by Tamburi Investment Partners, has acquired a minority interest in Telesia, the Class Editori group, for a total countervalue of € 1,492 million. In StarTip, Tamburi has grouped together all the group's holdings in start-ups and in companies active in digital and innovation. The first shareholder in Telesia remains Class with 65.746%, StarTip has 13.143%, while the remaining 21.111% of the capital is on the market.
