MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Take off of Wellnet; commercial reinforcement of the CreateValore brand; commercial support development (lead generation) of InGrandiMenti; entry on the Swiss market; reorganisation and integration of the production segment and finally further qualitative / quantitative strengthening of the sales network. These are the guidelines of the Prismi industrial plan presented yesterday in Milan. "We expect an increase in revenues of 21.2 million euros in 2018 and an Ebitda margin of 23% - anticipates Alessandro Reggiani, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer - The significant growth of ebitda is linked to the leverage effect of greater absorption of fixed costs and of an overall growth in staff by 17% compared to a 40% increase in revenues". Meanwhile, sales figures for the first two months of 2018 show an increase of 73% compared to 2017 and a result higher than the business plan (+ 17%). "We have approved a capital increase with option rights totaling € 4.8 million and the industrial plan provides for a 2 million euro subscription for its implementation, while additional resources can be used to seize growth opportunities for external lines" continues Reggiani. In fact, the group will continue its scouting activities for new acquisitions: target companies will be small web agencies with targets of SME customers (with the aim of acquiring new commercial resources in the area and developing their customers by providing them with the full range of Prismi offers), or web agencies targeting medium-large customers with the aim of aggregating them into 'Wellnet' implementing cross selling and working on commercial, productive, organisational and corporate synergies.
