Equita prepares the transition to Mta: in 2017 net profit + 25% to 11 million

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - By the end of the year, Equita will move to the main market of Borsa Italiana, the Star segment. This was announced by the management on the occasion of the approval of the 2017 draft financial statements, which ended with € 53.9 million in revenues, 11.1% more than the previous year. The profit from ordinary activities grew by 15% to 15.4 million and the net profit by 25% to 11 million. The € 0.22 dividend implies a payout of around 90% and a dividend yield of 7.2%. The cost / income ratio fell from 73% to 71%, albeit with an increase of 107 employees at the end of 2016 to 120 at the end of 2017. The Shareholders' Meeting was scheduled for first call on 16 April.
