Gpi reimburses the 2015-2025 ten-year bond from 4.75 million euros

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Gpi has completed the repayment procedure for its 10-year bond 2015-2025, issued for € 4.75 million and fully subscribed by professional investors. The company, with Cerved A3.1 rating, explains that "the reimbursement is part of a plan to optimise the rates of supply and give support to the group's growth plans, and that led to the issue of the fourth mini-bond "Gpi 3 % 2017 - 2022" for an amount of 20 million euros, quoted on the Extra-Mot Pro segment".
