Modelleria Brambilla, capital and shareholders updated

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Change in the social capital of Modelleria Brambilla. In light of the conferment of Co.Stamp Tools to Co.Stamp Srl (62.62 million euros for 38.655 million shares), the new capital of the Emilia group specialising in precision components for the automotive sector is now € 2,124,530, divided into 42,490,607 ordinary shares. Co.Stamp srl becomes the main shareholder of the company with 90.98% of the capital. Aldo and Giancarlo Brambilla have 1.98% each, Fiorenza Porta and Emilia Guidetti 0.79% each and Gabriele Bonfiglioli is 0.64%; White Fleet III - Globes Italy Equity Star holds 0.7% while the last 2.14% is held by other investors.
