Atlas calls for conversion of 5 hp Axelero

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Atlas Special Opportunities requested the conversion of 5 hp (100.000 euro of nominal value) of the first tranche of convertible bonds issued at the end of December (150 hp for a nominal amount of 3 million euros). The investment company will thus be able to subscribe 52,416 new Axelero ordinary shares, equal to 0.38% of the post-conversion share capital, at the price of € 1.9078 each. In this way 112 hp are still to be converted for a value of 2.24 million euros.
