Fervi will debut on AIM on March 27th

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - A new player is preparing to disembark on AIM Italia. This is Fervi spa, active in the supply of professional equipment for the mechanical workshop, the car workshop, joinery and construction sites that should debut next March 27th. Headquartered in Vignola (Modena), Fervi in 2017 generated € 22.4 million in revenues, 4.7 million ebitda and has a negative balance sheet of 5.6 million. Shares have been placed for qualified investors at a price of € 15.5 each. Banca Finnat is Nomad and global coordinator of the transaction.
