Prismi, the offer period ended

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - During the period of the option offer of prism shares, 6,898,440 option rights were exercised and 2,586,915 newly issued "PRISMI 2018-2020 warrants" cum shares (equal to 64,39% of the 4,017,552 shares offered as a whole) for a total countervalue of € 3,207,774.60. The newly issued shares were subscribed at a price of 1.24 euro each (with a subscription ratio of 3 new shares for every 8 rights owned). Therefore, 3,815,036 option rights are not exercised, equivalent to 35.61% of the total option rights, assigned to those who exercised their pre-emptive rights, while the unexercised option will be placed by 31 December 2018. The warrants will be admitted to listing on AIM Italia.
