Ebitda grew by 5.6% to € 0.28 million, while the consolidated net loss amounted to around € 20.000. Shareholders' equity amounts to 1.73 million euros, the net financial position is 0.217 million. Now, alongside the agreement with La Stampa, "the objective is to confirm the positioning in the information area towards the world of finance and the economy, giving great space to the Forbes brand and launching new initiatives such as the new monthly Asset Class that will come out in April", explains the company note. The Shareholders' Meeting, called for April 23, will also have to vote on the renewal of the resolution to purchase treasury shares.
