MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Zephyro, target of the SPAC GreenItaly1, has obtained the final award of the first three lots of the Consip "Mies2" tender for the supply of energy services for a total value of about 530 million euros. "The ESCO is also awaiting the results of the procedure for awarding the 'ordinary lot 1' for an overall ceiling turnover amounting to an additional 140 million euros. Zephyro closed 2017 with revenues of € 69.4 million, 15.9 million of ebitda (+ 49.4%) and € 1.7 million of net profit, with a net financial position of € 4.6 million. The Board of Directors will propose a dividend of € 0.10 per share to the Shareholders' Meeting called for April 24th.
