MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Go Internet has signed a "frequency sharing" agreement with Linkem, which in turn will enter the capital of the Umbrian company of tlc. With frequency sharing (subject to approval by the relevant authorities) the two companies will share the respective frequency spectrum, with the main purpose of transforming the current portion of Wimax network of Go Internet in the Marche and Emilia Romagna region into a 5G ready commercial network, able to offer performances comparable to the broadband fixed network. Linkem will subscribe a reserved capital increase in Go Internet for 4 million euros (1.4 euros per share) for a share of no more than 21.23%, which will be resolved in the Board of Directors on March 29th.
