Fervi from today on AIM Italia

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Fervi makes its debut today on AIM Italia, remaining on the quotation in line with the IPO price, 15.5 euros per share. This is the sixth admission since the beginning of the year on Borsa Italiana, which brings the number of companies currently listed on the market dedicated to small and medium-sized companies to 98. The Modena-based company is active in the supply of professional equipment to the mechanical and car workshop, carpentry, and construction site. In the placement phase, Fervi raised € 7.8 million, the free float at the time of admission is 17.5% and the capitalisation is €38.8 million. Banca Finnat Euramerica acts as Nomad, Global Coordinator and Specialist.
