MILANO (AIMnews.it) - The MailUp Group closed 2017 with 27.3 million euros in revenues, 26.2% more than in 2016. More specifically, revenue from SMS rose by 39% to 15,9 million, those from mails up 11.3% to 9.4 million. Ebitda grew by 19.3% to 2.9 million and the ebit by 8% to 1.3 million. The cash flow from operations increased to € 2.2 million, with pfn positive by € 7.2 million. The profit amounted to 0.6 million, down from 0.8 million a year earlier. "We conclude our third year as a company listed on the stock exchange with another strong growth in fundamentals - said president Matteo Monfredini - 2017 was an extremely positive year for our group. After having passed the international accounting standards, implemented a renewed management control system and introduced the 231 model required by Borsa for all the companies listed in the STAR segment, in July we increased the float to about 33%, successfully completing a collection from 6 million euros to support our investment and acquisition plan. In these months we have set the new investment course. In 2018 we aim for further growth with the aim of strengthening our position as a European hub in data driven marketing technologies". The statutory financial statements of the parent company closed with 1 million net profit, which the BoD will propose to allocate to reserves.
