MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Health Italia Board approved the consolidated financial statements and the draft financial statements as of 31 December 2017. Revenues amounted to € 21.49 million, an increase of 19% compared to 18.02 million of Euro in 2016. EBITDA amounted to 6.48 million euros, up by about 0.43 million euros compared to the previous year. EBIT amounts to 5.36 million euros (4.66 million euros in 2016), an increase of 15%. The Group's net result amounted to 2.88 million euros, an improvement of 64.8% compared to 2016 (1.75 million euros). The net financial position amounted to (1.41) million euros compared to 3.09 million euros on 31 December 2016, with a decrease mainly due to the consolidation of the company Basis Spa. The 2017 net result of Health Italia SpA amounts to € 2.22 million, an improvement of 24% compared to 2016 (€ 1.79 million): the BoD will propose to the Shareholders' Meeting the distribution of a dividend of € 0.082 gross for each ordinary share (net of own shares), earmarking part of the 2017 profit, with coupon detachment on May 7, 2018 and payment starting from May 9, 2018.
