MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Regarding the proposal to distribute the dividend of € 0.10 per entilted share, Zephyro has informed that the shareholder Prima Holding has renounced the perception of the dividend with exclusive reference to the 886,163 shares redeemable by the same held. The Shareholders' Meeting called for April 24th 2018 and, if necessary, in the convocation on April 26th, will be called upon to decide on the allocation of a dividend equal to Euro 0.10 for each entitled share (with exclusion) of the 698,504 treasury shares and of the 886,163 redeemable shares, for a total of 991,631.10 euros, with coupon detachment date no. 6 on 28 May 2018 (ex-date), entitlement to payment on 29 May 2018 (record date) and payment of the dividend on 30 May 2018 (payment date).
