MILANO (AIMnews.it) - The Board of Neodecortech, active in the production of decorative paper for interior design, has approved the draft of the annual financial statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2017. The consolidated pro forma net revenues amount to Euro 127,7 million (€ 115.7 million on 31.12.2016), adjusted pro forma EBITDA amounted to € 15.2 million, representing 12% of net revenues. Consolidated net profit is equal to Euro 4.8 million (Euro 1.3 million as of 31.12.2016). Net financial debt amounted to 47 million euros (57.1 million euros in 2016). Against a net income for the Spa of € 5.480 million, the Board resolved to submit to the Shareholders' Meeting a proposal to distribute a total dividend of € 2,002,081.5, equal to € 0.153 per share, with ex-dividend date May 28, 2018 and payment starting from May 30, 2018 (record date May 29, 2018).
