EPS: concluded the withdrawal period

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - EPS Equita PEP SPAC has announced that the right of withdrawal has been exercised for 1,094,500 ordinary shares, representing 7.30% of the ordinary share capital of EPS, for a total countervalue of Euro 10,945.000 (calculated at the liquidation value of Euro 10.00 for each share). Since the number of shares subject to withdrawal is less than 30% less per share of EPS ordinary shares, based on the data as of 3 April, the condition to which the approval resolutions are made have been considered a relevant operation. As a result, the business combination continues, the closing of which is expected by mid-May 2018.
