MILANO (AIMnews.it) - GPI will be present at Exposanità, the trade fair that will take place in Bologna from 18 to 20 April with a stand and a workshop dedicated to Chronic Care Model and Telemedicine. It will also be at Cosmofarma Exhibition (20.22 April) where it will present RIEDL Phasys (PHarmacy Automation SYStem), the robotised warehouse for pharmacy. At Exposanità Gpi will present its solutions designed to enhance multi-disciplinary / professional work and promote a global approach to taking care of chronic patients, modulating the technology according to the real needs and the system context: Take Care (a concrete model) for the taking into account of the chronic patient specific to the Italian market, a dedicated Information System (to trace the patient's path at different levels, ensure total management and monitoring of treatment plans), Telemedicine platform (services of monitoring of clinical parameters of the patient), Contact Centre (specialised in providing support activities to the Case and Disease Management).
