MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Bomi Italia has already received binding expressions from some shareholders for the subscription of the capital increase of up to € 5 million proposed at the next shareholders' meeting and guaranteed by Bper Banca. Quaestio Capital Management SGR (on behalf of the Quaestio Italian Growth Fund) and First Capital have in fact pledged respectively for € 3 million and € 0.5 million, for a maximum subscription price of € 3 per share. Quaestio will take over the rights of some current shareholders (including Giorgio Ruini, Marco Ruini, Silvia Ruini and Incab & Co, Palmberg International Bv and Exential Consulting) at a price of € 0.032 and thus strengthen its position as the company's second largest shareholder and strategic partner of the Ruini family.
